Ingredients

- 2 tsp Vinaigrette Sumac
- 1 Vinaigrette, lemon juice
- 2 Pita bread, brushed with olive oil
- a few sprigs Parsley
- 3-4 Mint leaves
- 1 Tomato, chopped and deseeded
- 1/4 Cucumber, chopped in cubes
- 5 to 6 Radishes, thinly chopped
- 5-6 leaves torn/ slit medium sizes Lettuce

Brush the Pita bread with olive oil and toast in the oven for 15 min for 160-170C or until when browned. Tear into bites. Mix all the vegetables and herbs. Mix contents of sumac vinaigrette in a jar and shake well. Keep aside. Add pita bread bites on top of the salad just before serving. Drizzle the vinaigrette prepared in Step 3 just before serving
