Ingredients

- Parsley leaves
- generous teaspoon Chaat Masala
- Kala Namak (black salt)
- Sweet corn
- 1 Red Pepper
- Cannellini beans
- Black Turtle Eye beans
- Borlotti beans
- Edamame beans

Mix Edamame beans, Borlotti beans, Black Turtle Eye beans and Cannellini beans. Add roasted red peppers and boiled sweet corn. Sprinkle a small pinch of black salt (Kala Namak), chaat masala and some parsley leaves for garnish
